About us

Founded in 1905, KenCrest is the largest provider of community-based services to people with intellectual & developmental disabilities and autism in southeastern Pennsylvania. KenCrest provides services through a community-based model, with programs and facilities in the Philadelphia region's six counties (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia) and in Delaware & Connecticut. 

During this past year, KenCrest Centers and our sister agency, KenCrest Services, served more than 11,250  people in 400 communities, with more than 2,000 staff. Our services include Early Intervention, Head Start, PA State PreK, Residences for Medically Fragile Children, Personal Support, Community Living, Lifesharing, and Employment Services for people with developmental disabilities, and transition services for youth and adults with Autism.
