Founded in 1905, KenCrest is the largest provider of community-based services to people with developmental disabilities and mental retardation in southeastern Pennsylvania. KenCrest provides services through a community-based model, with programs and facilities in this region's six counties (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia) and in Delaware. During this past year, KenCrest Centers and our sister agency, KenCrest Services, served 7,234 people at 333 sites with 1,311 staff. Our services include Early Intervention, Head Start, PA State PreK, Residences for Medically Fragile Children, Personal Support, Community Living, Lifesharing, and Employment Services for people with developmental disabilities.
