Inspire Youth Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing emotional support and advocacy to children and teens whose lives are affected by HIV and AIDS. This includes children and teens who live with infected parents or family member, those who are orphaned by the disease, and those who themselves are infected. We are also serving an additional population, children leaving theraputic day care.
Services include a mentor program, summer camp, support groups, a teen program and other special activities.
Our small staff relies heavily on volunteer involvement to support our children and teens and agency as a whole. We are not government funded and therefore rely on a variety of funding sources including: individuals, grants, businesses, and fundraising events.
