Our mission is to eliminate the prolific racial achievement and opportunity gaps by cultivating confident, creative, compassionate leaders.  We do this through a collective impact model focused on providing strong teaching and learning that increases access to quality early learning experiences, reinforces strong family connections and provides culturally relevant teaching. We want all youth, regardless of race and socio-economic status to reach their full potential.

KairosPDX is taking a three-pronged approach to address eradicating the achievement gap; Kairos Learning Academy, Kairos Family Connections and Kairos Early Learning.
