The LA South Region of THINK Together represents 45 schools in 8 school districts.
While different employee groups throughout THINK Together may perform varied functions in different work environments and geographic locations, the organization's culture is the "common thread" that binds us together. We are a mission and values driven organization. At the core, we are in the business of Teaching, Helping, Inspiring and Nurturing Kids to become productive adults and responsible, contributing members of society. Likewise, as a learning organization, our goal is to create a work environment where employees are inspired and supported to give their very best and keep developing at a personal and professional level. We hire employees with high integrity and skill, who commit to the principles of service above self and continuous learning.
All children will receive the support they need from family, school and community to enable them to reach their full potential and become productive adults and responsible, contributing members of the community.
