The Hong Kong Refugee Advice Centre Limited (HKRAC) is a non-profit, human rights organisation dedicated to providing free legal services and advocating for the rights of refugees in Hong Kong. Since our establishment in 2007, we have provided life-changing services to over 1,500 refugee men, women, and children.
We provide our services in collaboration with 10 law firm and corporate pro bono partners, and 3 academic and research partners, including the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
The HKRAC strives to ensure that all refugees in Hong Kong have access to high-quality legal aid, fair refugee status determination procedures, and human rights so that they can begin to rebuild their lives. Our mission is to provide high-quality, pro bono legal advice to refugees in Hong Kong, protect their rights, and generate awareness.
