The Urban Resource Institute is a vibrant and growing non-profit providing cutting-edge health and human services throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Our services include shelter, legal support, and advocacy for victims of domestic violence; housing, training, and employment programs for people with disabilities; and a program addressing addiction and alcoholism.With a $20 million annual budget and over 300 staff, URI promotes safety, justice, health and independence for vulnerable, poor individuals and families residing in New York City.
