CPDC is a non-profit agency that purchases and revitalizes distressed low-income housing communities. We develop and preserve secure, decent, affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic region. CPDC plans and works toward creating communities that assure low and moderate-income residents their homes will be well maintained and affordable for the long term. We also invest personal and financial resources in community development programs that empower residents by giving them resources and tools necessary for effecting change in their lives and communities.
