The Nonprofit Administration graduate program shapes experienced and aspiring nonprofit professionals into the nonprofit leaders of tomorrow. We prepare graduates to better serve their organizations and their communities by sharing approaches to leadership, teambuilding skills, ethical values, and practices. The Nonprofit Administration program is interdisciplinary and combines cutting-edge techniques from JCU's Boler School of Business, the College of Arts and Sciences, and experienced nonprofit professionals. Our program is inspired by the Jesuit commitment to learning, leadership, and service.

We offer opportunities to personalize your course of study, flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, and commitment to small class size. The Nonprofit Administration program has connections with JCU's Center for Service and Social Action and Center for Career Services to help your gain experience and find employment.
