Our Mission is to promote and ensure the strength of the community-based provider community and its members so that members can be successful in improving the quality, access and the value of community-based services. ADDP is committed to enhancing the political, financial and professional/educational health of its member organizations that care for people with disabilities, including developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.

ADDP strives to achieve the following:

  • Sufficient funding for its members to provide a stable environment for their consumers

  • Fair system wide rates and increase salaries of its members’ workforce
  • Supportive communities where members’ consumers live with independence and dignity
