Description

Brighter Beginnings seeks to anticipate and respond to the needs of families in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, particularly those at risk for less than optimal birth outcomes. Our services encompass the entire family circle. As we enhance the health and wellness of the entire family, we provide a better living environment for the children. Family Advocates are a critical part of our service. They help families identify and address areas of concern; coordinate services from other community agencies; guide; nurture and mentor the family. We provide intensive family support services utilizing a home visiting strategy.
