The social mission of WOS is to educate, train and hire young adults from underserved populations throughout the U.S. and to place them within companies as outsourced IT consultants. Moreover, by offering opportunities to those individuals who may otherwise not have the wherewithal to afford the requisite training and education, WOS facilitates the personal, professional and financial independence of WOS students and provides them with "ladders of ascent" to help them grow in their careers into management and ownership positions.
