Description

STRIVE (Support and Training Result In Valuable Employees) Boston is a non-profit job-readiness program, located in the Codman Square neighborhood of Dorchester, that helps unemployed, hard-to-place individuals find jobs and stay employed. STRIVE combines attitudinal adjustment, education and job training, support services, placement assistance, and long-term follow-up to reach its goals.
