United Way of the Cape Fear Area and the 10 Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness

Mission Statement
To provide leadership, foster community collaboration and develop resources to address the problems of homelessness and affordable housing in the Cape Fear Area by:

-Publicly advocating the elimination of homelessness throughout the Cape Fear area through increasing the availability of permanent supportive housing

-Advocating for the establishment of a continuing array of affordable housing options

-Helping to secure resources necessary to sustain current effective community programs and to launch other programs identified as needed

-Educating the general public on homelessness and affordable housing issues
