Restaurant Opportunities Centers United (ROC-United) is a national restaurant workers' organization that conducts advocacy, organizing, research, and policy work on behalf of resaturant workers nationwide. ROC United is the only national organization dedicated exclusively to the needs of the nation's 10 million restaurant workers.
