If you are a business owner with a personal fear or distaste for the "art of selling," then you are not alone. Attend this workshop to learn about alternative approaches to selling, some of which don't involve making pitches or managing sales people. Join us at the Harvard iLab to understand:

•The five key steps to sales success
•How to devise a flexible sales strategy for you and your business
•How to integrate sales with marketing and customer service
•Closing the sale, welcoming your new customer and retaining their business for the long term

Fee: $40/2 hour class. Please register to attend. Partial scholarship may be available for those who qualify.
