Parent//Daughter Nature-Based Empowerment Classes

The Colorado Wellness Center for Girls is offering classes that will help parents connect and better understand their daughters. They are intended to provide the necessary education and treatment to aid in building and sustaining healthy parent-daughter relationships. There is no cost for the classes which include:

1-hr of education on the nature-based principles of girls (ie: physiology, hormones, brain development)

1-hr of group intervention and treatment

45-minutes of paired yoga and meditation
