Immigration Equality has sublet space available. Our friends at National Black Justice Coalition have outgrown the space and are leaving in March. By passing it on, you're helping fund the fight for comprehensive immigration reform!
Immigration Equality has 3 private interior office spaces available for sublease at centrally-located Thomas circle. The office is walking distance from the White House, and easily accessible from the Blue, Orange, Red, Yellow, and Green metro lines.
The office is in a secure elevator building with 24/7 keycard access. Share our attractive, professional waiting room, our large walk-in kitchen and up to 5 hours/week of conference room space. The offices (100 s/f, 125 s/f and 145 s/f) are wired for voice and data.
The monthly rent - inclusive of utilities, R/E taxes, facilities fees and nightly cleaning services - is $2,400.
