Resource description

Hello everyone.
If you would like an opportunity to open a business, run a non-profit, ngo, or start something (legal only) in Uganda (East Africa), I have a place for you to do it. I am from Uganda, and I have 11+ acres of land I am leasing (selling). The land is located a couple of miles away from a small town called Lukaya in Uganda. Lukaya is only a few miles away; about 4-6 miles from Lake Victoria, and Lukaya is more of Southern Uganda. It's between Masaka and Kampala (two big cities, Kampala being the capital city). The land is beautiful, very green, and all together (there's no roads, buildings, fences passing through or separating it). The land is available for lease, but those who are also interested in buying let me know. I can lease (or sell) a portion of it or the whole land, but again, if you want to lease the whole thing, just let me know. I am leasing the land for a cheap price, just let me know how much of this land you need. I am also planning to go back to Uganda, so if you need me to be there to help with the start of your venture (i.e. business), I can be there as well to help any way I can. This land is great especially for constructing a school, hospital, hotel/motel, apartments for rent, farm, and many others.
ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIOBLE

Explanation of Prices

Renting / Leasing:
$250/month per acre for the 1st acre
$200/month per acre after the first one (there are about 11.33)
$1600 for all 11.33 Acres

Buying option:
If you are interested in buying part of the land (or the whole land), let me know.
Explanation of Acre / Land Size
- 1 acre can be cut into about 8 plots (50ft x 100ft plots).
- a 50ft x 100ft plot can hold upto 2 houses
- 2 houses x 8 plots = 16 houses
- thus: 1 acre can hold upto 16 houses

These are really cheap prices. I will help the person interested in leasing the land. As I mentioned I am from Uganda, and know Uganda very well, and speak the language very fluently, so you won't have any problems with people there (i.e. government, neighbors, etc). A Great Lease Indeed.

You have to be willing to take a trip to Uganda, so you can see the land (Or at least have someone go there).

Note: The land was bought for the purpose of using it for the Pearl of Hope International Foundation, however, due to lack of funding, we are leasing the land. The land is big enough for a number of organizations to setup operations.

How to obtain

Contact us on here or on our email: pohfoundation@gmail.com. Remember you must be willing to travel to Uganda to see the land (or have someone else to do so). Our organization is registered here in the US and all members in the organization are US citizens.
