The City Project has office space to sublet at 1055 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 1660, Los Angeles, CA 90017. We have up to two offices with windows, two interior offices, and four cubicles, plus shared use of a conference room and kitchen. The cubicles and offices are furnished. The ideal tenant would be a non-profit, or public interest attorneys.
Ideally, we would sublet through Jan. 31, 2014, when our lease ends. We are open to renew the lease then. We have been in these offices ten years. Our long-term suite mate is closing up and moving out.
