Connelly has served on more than 100 local, regional and national boards, task forces, and committeess moving communities forward. She is one of fewer than 100 Certified ChangeWorks Trainers, a Certified Professional Coach, a former fellow with the Center for Progressive Leadership and an Approved Standards for Excellence Consultant. Connelly has created a board development process that has met with overwhelming acceptance because of the practicality of the tool.

Now, after reaching critical acclaim from her book, "Engaging Your Board: It's Raining Yen" (www.engagingyourboard.org), she continues to promote the work of great boards through intentional recruitment, selection and accountabililty.
