Resource description

Rural Organizing Project is a non-profit that for 19 years have been working to advance democracy, human dignity and social justice in Rural Oregon. We have about 50 all volunteer member groups in 30 out of Oregon's 36 counties. We work with a diverse community in rural Oregon, from young to old, with immigrants and long time residents to ensure that everyone participates in real democracy. Learn more about our work at www.rop.org.

We are a very small non-profit that organizes with rural and small town Oregonians that work towards social justice. How we do our organizing is by traveling all over the state to meet local organizers and all-volunteer groups in their communities to support their social justice organizing. Because of our need to drive so much we are in need of a car that is in decent, working condition.

You donation is tax-deductible and right now is the perfect time to get your donation in before the end of the year! And not only that, you would be supporting awesome people that are working towards social justice in rural Oregon.

If you would like to donate your car in decent working condition, please get in touch with us at (503) 543-8417 or by email with keyla@rop.org

Thank you for your support in advancing democracy in rural Oregon.
