Searching for small Washington, DC office sublet space

The Washington, DC-based staff of Climate Nexus, a project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, is IN SEARCH OF office space to sublet at a compatible organization's office in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

We need to sublet office space for four to five employees, beginning in November 2013, when our current lease expires.

We prefer space in Northwest Washington, DC or the close-in Virginia suburbs but are very flexible.

Climate Nexus prefers a lease of no more than 2-3 years in length. But this is negotiable for the right space.
