The building has 24/7 security and can be accessed at any time, including weekends and late nights. There are three main elevators and freight elevator and restrooms are available on the same floor, accessible with a key.

The space is large and shared with a film distribution company that maintains a quiet and friendly office environment. WiFi and utilities are included in the rent. One month deposit required. The space is available as a half-office that can accommodate up to three people for $900/month or as two individual desks for $500/month each.
