Each health center will assist you in obtaining:

2. Obstetric care, maternal and infant care
3. Mental & behavioral health services
4. Integrative or alternative therapies or referrals
5. Reproductive healthcare services
6. Adolescent & teen health services
7. Resource assistance
8. Access to community or group health programs for chronic healthcare maintenance in diabetes, asthma, chronic heart disease, substance abuse, nutrition and achieving a healthy weight, and more. Health center staff continually monitor programming to ensure we meet our patient and community's needs.
