LaunchPad Seeks Organization for Daytime Use

LaunchPad is looking for an organization/collective/start-up to share its space at 721 Franklin Avenue. We are an arts/community nonprofit, and we host events each evening and weekend, but daytime hours (before 6PM) are currently open for use. We're interested in making the space available for like-minded organizations, and are particularly interested in working with community- and arts-focused endeavors that need a space while they grow.

The space is street-level, approximately 11x14x52, with an adjacent backyard. Rent is $1250-$1500 depending on usage, and the daytime tenant should be prepared to wrap up by 6PM each evening, and neatly store their items in our basement. We're also open to potential collaboration on evening/weekend events.

We are looking for an organization interested in taking on a month-to-month commitment. Possible uses for the space: production office; artist studios; start-up office;pop-up shop; non-profit office; children's programming.
