PES Group is excited to announce the creation of the Non-Profit Incubator for New York, a unique opportunity for one New York City-based non-profit to receive free resources and consulting services for one year. The non-profit will receive free office space for one year in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn, pro-bono communications, design, fundraising and organizational support. The end result will be a stronger organization with a clearer focus, stronger program, and enhanced financial position.
Running a 501(c)(3) organization is more challenging than ever. A talented executive director must manage fundraising, communications, infrastructure and program goals while working with limited staff and resources. In particular, new and small organizations suffer from a lack of expertise in communications, development and planning. As a result, they frequently miss opportunities to strategically support their long-term mission and objectives. Given the amount of work and these limited human and financial resources, many groups cut corners in two areas fundamental to their success in fulfilling their mission: communications and fundraising.
In response, PES Group has created an environment where one non-profit can get the support and guidance it needs to develop a smart, replicable and well-integrated plan for sustainable growth.
