My name is Phillip Odom and I'm from Baltimore,MD. In my city like many others we face many issues some similar while others differ, but remains the same is the need. My position here is to help and to serve. I may not be able to supply the every need, but for the some I can help, I will do that. I am here to be a help to whomever may need of services.

My career path has mainly been child and youth development within the past 11 years and I love it. Within that time I have been able to see and experience programs, services, etc. on a grassroots level to a corporate level which has allowed me to gain a great deal of experience. I would like to greatly expand out to Family and child development, so that I may be able to address the root of alot of problems that I have seen in my youth development work. But my main focus within all my work is that I can help you have and/or fulfill the vision you have set in place.
