I'm a recent college graduate with ten years of volunteer experience. I have a B.A. in history with a focus on modern China. My senior thesis on post-1989 Chinese film was awarded the Joseph C. Vance Award for Excellence in Historical Research. I am outgoing and very comfortable with public speaking.

I currently work in special events support with the Training and Technical Assistance Center at George Mason University. T/TAC provides training and information to teachers and administrators who work with disabled students.

Helping young women succeed. From 2007 until 2011, I was a member of the Young Women Leaders Program of the University of Mary Washington and I am very interested in continuing my work with young adults.
