Experience

Berlin Tour Guide, Numismatic/Visual Media Consultant. Lehmann Collection, Berlin, Germany. 2009-date. Appraising, cataloging, and digitizing of historical Berlin and Berlin Wall material in estate of late-Police Det. Lehmann. While living in Berlin, I conducted private tours for small groups of Dr. Lehmann's associates visiting Berlin from the United States.

CUNY/311 Project Center Representative. Research Foundation, NYC. 2009-2010. I took calls from New York City residents and visitors seeking information about city events, businesses, agencies, museums, tourist attractions, parks, regulations, history, neighborhoods, city tours, requirements for tour guides.

Photographer. 2004-2007. I operated an eBay "store" selling my photographs of the city, concentrating on its buildings, its outstanding architecture. Without any formal training, I achieved a measure of success, recouping my investment, not enough profit for Manhattan, and enabled others to share my interest in NYC.

Hotel Manager. American Dream Hotel, 168 East 24th Street, NYC. 2004-2005. At an independent limited-service hotel, worked alone while handling all front-desk duties, helped guests learn how to ready subway and bus maps and get around the city, developed an online room-allocation strategy that significantly increased occupancy. Sometimes I accompanied guests to various city sights.

Library Associate. Kansas City Public Library, Kansas City, MO. 2001-2004. Customer Service, Circulation, & Information Desks, computer instruction to patrons.

Clinical Director, Founder, and Owner. Tebo Mental Health. Marshall, Calhoun, and Kansas City, MO. 1993-2000. Outpatient clinic, responsible for IT, created all brochures and display advertising, public speaking, expert witness.
