Hmm... we couldn't find that place in our database.
Are you sure it's correct?
Hello! My name is Josie Luu, a University of San Francisco alumni ('08) passionate about problem solving, devising innovative directions and implementing effective change in our world.
Currently I am nearing the end of my service as a Preventative Health Educator in Senegal, West Africa. In addition to learning, understanding and operating within Senegalese culture (Serere ethnic group specifically), my current position includes a wide range of roles and responsibilities that add to my over 5 years of administrative support and project development, coordination, and management experience.
In 2015, I will be transitioning from the field and looking to build upon my Peace Corps journey by joining an organization or company where their innovative programs, products, and services are geared towards bettering the lives of the people being served.
In regards to my competencies and attributes, I consider myself an adept critical thinker with an ability to absorb new information quickly, synthesize complex information, and generate quality questions and ideas accordingly. When put in culturally diverse and/or high pressure environments, I am versatile and effective. I value building and maintaining partnerships and interpersonal relationships – it is through these collaborations and creative endeavors that make service-oriented work most rewarding.
