Hmm... we couldn't find that place in our database.
Are you sure it's correct?
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Colorado State University. I also hold a Master of Arts and Juris Doctor from of the University of Denver's - Josef Korbel School of International Studies, and Sturm College of Law. While in law school I worked with a professor as a research assistance. I conducted the research and assisted in the drafting of an academic paper regarding the U.S. Patriot Act, its affects on international banking, and the topic of import/export compliance.
My work and academic experience has taught me the necessity to succinctly and accurately research, synthesize, and communicate my findings. In one instance, I researched various corporate laws of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York and applied such laws to facts of a case being litigated in the Supreme Court of India. Such voluminous reading required the skill to summarize the laws, apply the laws to the facts, and present my legal conclusions in a timely manner to be transmitted to counsel in India.
I currently own and operate a solo law firm specializing in transactional, and estate planning law. I regularly negotiate, draft and review a variety of business related documents, agreements, and create estate plans for individual and business needs. While I enjoy the challenges associated with being a solo practitioner and a small business owner I seek a career within the framework of our public institutions. My true passion is to work within the political process to help create policy to make our neighborhoods, cities and state a better place for all.
