Hmm... we couldn't find that place in our database.
Are you sure it's correct?
I'm a Vermonter at heart (though a flatlander in the eyes of real Vermonters) and am in love with New York City. Two weeks after moving to New York in 1999, I met Ami (our ED) on the subway, three weeks later I was interning at Idealist and, three months later, I joined the organization full time as a Program Assistant. So many years later, just about the only job I haven't had here is programming (and that's a good thing!). My many hats have included operations and finance, program management and a 15 month stint setting up our operation in Buenos Aires, where Idealistas.org was run for several years. Most recently, I'm heading up our newly-formed External Relations team and oversee the Idealist Grad Fair Program and Idealistas.
External Relations covers fundraising and opportunities to partner, collaborate or simply build lasting friendships with organizations who are also driven to help close the gap between intention and action.
I graduated from the Foreign Service School at Georgetown University in 1998.
