Quest Restoration & Construction Services, LLC: 2005-2006 (Project Manager) • Company focused on disaster preparedness, response, recovery and reconstruction. • Worked with disaster construction teams in the wake of Katrina in New Orleans area. Managed a group of 90 construction contractors responsible for implementation of a portion of the "Blue Roof" emergency response plan. • Included quality verification of work completed, organizing teams for logistical efficiency, (route planning, supply tracking, employee training), and payroll considerations. • Also spearheaded several reconstruction efforts totaling 500k in the private sector. • Used GIS to target areas meeting specific criteria, providing proactive insight into areas needing extensive assistance after a disaster occurs.
