Joanna Bloomfield has a Master's in Public Health with nine years of professional public health, direct service, and research experience in the US, Latin America and Caribbean region, as well as West Africa. Joanna is bilingual in English and Spanish, and specialty areas include perinatal health, maternal and child health, reproductive and sexual health, and gender based violence. Joanna has worked domestically and internationally within public health. Joanna's work has included capacity building for English and non-English speakers. Joanna has worked in a variety of health care disciplines, including clinical care settings both domestic and international, public health research, psychosocial developmental interventions, non-profit health program development, program evaluation, and health education.
