During my college years, I developed a greater of awareness of the sexism and socioeconomic barriers that prevent women and girls in the developing world from fulfilling their dreams and living a life with dignity. I have a passionate about supporting the overall well-being of women and girls, but in particularly ending the twin evils of poverty and illiteracy.
