Uhlich Children's Advantage Network (UCAN), Chicago, IL(3/2013 – Present)

Chicago Institute for Transforming Youth (CITY) Employee Campaign Chair

  • Chair UCAN's $40,000,000 CITY Campaign
  • Responsible for successfully raising $200,000 through the Employee Campaign
  • Increase employee awareness of the CITY project and its overall impact
  • Direct site leaders daily on the planning stages of the kick off events at multiple UCAN locations
  • Present to employees during individual kick off events

Uhlich Children's Advantage Network (UCAN), Chicago, IL(2/2010 – Present) Supervisor of Educational Services

  • Provided direction in the development and implementation for the Future Leaders Now program
  • Supported efforts to secure a $500,000 pledge from a private donor for the Future Leaders Now program
  • Maintain the awarded contract from DCFS totaling $1,328,000
  • Assisted Development staff in grant writing resulting in a 4 year federally funded grant totaling $120,000
  • Created an agency-wide Education Committee in order to improve educational outcomes
  • Conducts trainings around UCAN's Clinical Philosophy healing trauma initiative to new employees
