Hmm... we couldn't find that place in our database.
Are you sure it's correct?
I've had a very successful 20 years in the corporate world during which time I've held senior leadership positions in operations, continuous improvement, quality assurance and R&D working for leading global companies. I've led organizations of over 2000 people, delivered extensive cost savings, driven large scale change and continuous improvement, developed programs, and held P&L responsibility all in highly regulated environments. I have extensive experience in continuous improvement and hold six sigma master black belt and lean certifications and I've been instrumental in leveraging these methodologies to improve processes across all areas of operation.
As a leader, I have earned a reputation for my ability to effect change and growth across functions and geographies. I've enjoyed many things about the corporate world including;
• Leading and inspiring people
• Increasing revenue by identifying and implementing cost saving
• Driving positive change through others by mentoring them and teaching them the tools to improve the delivery and quality of our service
• Developing programs and staff and finding ways to measure how we're doing
For the last 3 years though I've become increasingly restless and frustrated with the corporate short term gain view. I realized I wanted more, something that would make a positive difference in the world and our future so I started volunteering with mission based organizations. Through this work I've had a chance to see first-hand the incredible sacrifice these people make with their time and hearts to help so many. They possess a purpose and a dedication to mission like no other group I've ever worked with in the corporate world and I decided I want to be part of something like that full time. I'm ready to take my experience and use it to make a positive impact in a non-profit organization.
