Hmm... we couldn't find that place in our database.
Are you sure it's correct?

My story is based on being a child of the seventies. I was told I could do anything I want because I'm apart of the greatest diverse country in the world, United States of America! Now, I'm at the point of what can I do to help our future generations continue to prosper accordingly? Our current academic program is not totally inspiring our students to take the lead but to follow and relax behind other counties as chosen people and industries thrive! So being a member of Generation X it's my turn to take the lead! Generation X have been skipped over by the Baby Boomers Generation and they started the focus on the Millennial Generation. Well the Millennials are looking at me Generation X because we are the beginning of a new world and country! I was told to express myself and we did from HIP-HOP to choice of education! We are the first grow up after the signing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964/65. So my story is based on the foundation of we can and we have so continue the mission!
With that intro, my personal story starting from 2002 with the creation of Total Environmental and Safety, LLC an environmental consulting company in northern NJ. IN 2003 my future wife and I started the Circles of Color Business Network, LLC. The COC is a referral exchange company that gives exclusivity to it's members. My wife was a real estate agent and I was a environmental consultant who need to network and grow our businesses. The COC grew quickly in the tri-state area to 9 plus chapters. I got a chance to work at the United Nations for 4 years as a Air Quality Consultant. There was great exposure to different people from around the world at the UN. Through the Circles of Color, LLC we created a non-profit company called the Circles of Color Community Organization, 501c3 which started a weekly lecture series at Dwight Morrow High School called COC Community Lecture Series with a theme "You're the Author of Your Own Life Story". Through this lecture series we would take 50 students each year to the UN for a tour and lecture. Now we are 11 years providing a weekly lecture series at DMHS without missing 1 Friday!
Last year I got the honor to create a after school program for students who wanted to own businesses called the Entrepreneurial Educational Out of School Time Program. I had to create the curriculum, building the team and recruit the students. So with the assistance of a junior at Standford University and a retired educational consultant we put together an awesome program that each student graduated and now gone off to do great things for the careers and communities!
While I was engaged in the EE OST Program I was working with a managing board of corporate professionals, parents and educators for a business charter school I founded called the Universal Business Academy Charter School to open in Englewood, NJ in September 2016. The UBA will start to educate the children on how and why to start a business and support the communities they serve. The UBA will start from the 6th thru 12th Grades and beyond... Idealist huh!
