Hmm... we couldn't find that place in our database.
Are you sure it's correct?
My primary interest is the advocacy of multi-modal, environmentally friendly transportation advocacy, especially in densely populated urban and suburban areas. My personal experience as a multi-modal commuter, as well as advocacy for cycling infrastructure and safety in the District of Columbia and neighboring counties in Maryland and Virginia, provides me with a variety of viewpoints from which I can help find solutions that are beneficial to many user communities.
As chair of Potomac Pedalers, a 501(c)(3) non-profit cycling organization, I had to help find workable solutions for a large membership base, especially in the area of maintaining safe access to roads and other infrastructure in a time of increasing friction between user communities. I helped run two successful fundraising events that attracted cyclists from throughout the east coast.
I have experience running political campaigns and in the field of political advocacy, as well. I ran a successful election campagin for local representative on the DC Democratic State Committee, DC's official Democratic Party organization. I also successfully redesigned their brand identity with a new logo, letterhead and website.
