Throughout my career and life experiences I have learned that working well as part of a team is an incredibly important thing to be able to do. Within a team I sometimes find myself being a leader and facilitating conversation and drawing out ideas from others. Other times I sit back and listen to what other group members have to say and simply decide how I can best be used
I am a forward thinker and am always considering ways to improve company efficiency or how to reduce costs or increase memberships and participation. I enjoy learning about the newest and best practices in the field and using them to help my organization flourish
