RCASA is a non-profit in the Fredericksburg area serving Fredericksburg City, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Caroline County. We provide crisis response and counseling services to survivors of sexual violence, as well as prevention programs for the general community.

Our mission at RCASA is to provide education, prevention and intervention on sexual violence in our community.

RCASA seeks to raise public awareness of the issues surrounding sexual assault through special media events, information displays and education programs for the entire community. We provide services to the residents of the City of Fredericksburg, and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline, collectively known as Planning District 16. RCASA also provides emergency medical accompaniment for victims seeking care at Mary Washington Hospital Emergency Department from other counties such as Westmoreland, Louisa, Orange, Culpeper and Warsaw
