I am determined to make a lasting difference in the world in which I live.
My transition into the nonprofit sector took place in 2008. Prior to this, I held leadership positions in the contingent labor management industry. I led management teams in program implementation for Fortune 500 clients, developed & instituted operating processes and created & drove performance metrics based on client needs & expectations.
In June of 2008, I accepted the Executive Director role at a community based emergency food provider in Chicago. Key achievements included: enhanced program portfolio, increased nutritional level of food provided, addressed root causes of client need and developed our supporter base to ensure financial stability. Relationship development, collaboration and community engagement were keys to success.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from Boston College and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, which propel me to focus on the betterment of society.
