I have always been a volunteer, an empoverished philanthropist, a giver. I have spent my entire life working to improve the lives of others. I have spent my entire professional life building up industries to create real change in the lives of the people they serve. I have worked with, volunteered with and advised more than 50 non-profit agencies on four different continents. I have worked in the human-services sector with agencies providing care and work opportunities to the developmentally-disabled, youth development agencies, LGBT advocacy, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling, refugee and immigrant services, juvenile corrections, substance abuse prevention, education and programs curriculum development.

I am passionate about efficiency. I enjoy working on ways to improve operations, processes, metrics, and workflows. There is nothing I enjoy more than creating a reliable, longterm solution that will make a difference to a client's organization.

I am passionate about effecting real change in the lives of the populations my clients serve. I seek to understand the mission of an organization and how they ideally envision their role and do everything I can to clear the path to make that happen. There is important value in bringing fresh eyes into an organization to see new ways of addressing everyday hurdles. I provide a vision of funding, organizational management, leadership, and employee training.

I am passionate about creating a loyal and committed, effective and cooperative employee corps. I enjoy building teams that see their unified purpose within the organization and their own value to the cause. I help leadership improve relationships to reduce turnover and decrease loss.

My life's work is to change the world one organization at a time. I believe I have a unique and imaginative approach. I have impacted thousands of lives through my work and through my influence.
