Hey there, the name's Rob. I come from a family of four and recently graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am a proud cancer survivor and on my spare time I try my best to get involved with fundraising efforts to combat pediatric cancer. I've studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, which was where I picked up my passion for global civic engagement & social development (yes, I'm kind of a nerd for liking social discussions that fuel progressive thinking). I am a music head too. I can be SUPER awkward at times but I've gotten to a point in life where I'm pretty much over trying to change that. Its all about finding the equilibrium between open mindedness and practicality. Lastly, I'm a hard worker with a lot of strong ideas (sorry, don't mean to brag; that's just the way it is). I owe everything to my family-- parents, sibling, and the group of phenomenal individuals that I've grown with over the years.
