Volunteer Opportunity description

The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) Village is a program providing a network of helpers, healthy home services, information and referrals, and community building activities for older adults living at home.

Recruitment of new PNA Village members is essential for the sustainability of the program. One of the proven successful methods of recruitment is the "House Party." We are in need of an individual(s) to coordinate a series of house parties for the PNA Village. The process of "how to hold a house party" has been well established, therefore, what is needed is someone who can coordinate the details with the "host" member, Speaker's Bureau, and guests. This individual or individuals would also be responsible for managing follow up contact after the house parties. Our goal would be to conduct at minimum, one house party per month.
