Volunteer work in the Andes of Peru, children and populations

Hello everyone!

I'm Frank Cotera, general coordinator of "Sharing dreams-Peru", receive the best wishes of all of us in the organization!

We integrate a young civil Organization legally recognized based on Peru, one of our goals is to offer a non-commercial alternative program volunteer, is directed and organized entirely by volunteers from Peru and Spain, we work with a philosophy and way of participation Horizontal, free, assembly-oriented and direct social work without intermediaries aimed at individuals and communities they support,

one of our lines is a program to provide training support, emotional and material support to many small children living in extreme poverty area of ​​the city of Huancayo in the Andes of Peru, we use a methodology recreational practices (in training) in areas such as ecology, self-esteem, emotional support, tutoring, values, pastries, crafts, educational games and more.

The other program is aimed at promoting sustainable Self Development Community, in communities in difficult economic and social situation, there developed various projects such as: Bio-community gardens, kitchens ecological, self-help groups of women, human rights and gender, reforestation and we are also upgrading with projects preventive health and nutrition. (any ideas are welcome too)

We urgently need motivated volunteers to help us promote our work, we assure you that given our character Horizontal in participation and organization, as a volunteer you can adapt and occupy any role or function, according to your abilities, potential and commitment to the organization. It also offers support, information and personal support fully Wear the Coordinators, because we are the ones we drive directly to work.

As a thank you we offer support and experiential courses free: Peruvian cuisine, pastry classes, culture, history and Peruvian society, basic Quechua (language of the Incas) and information and guidance (to places close to the project) to find the most beautiful places tourist and Peru.

We are a small, self-manageable and few resources to get the spend on our projects, so we can not offer airfare, but also offers a choice of accommodation and food at reasonable price. thanks for your understanding.
