Volunteer Opportunity description

Having just one positive mentor can help low-income kids overcome barriers and successfully transition into the next phase of their lives. Mentors are critical to showing kids their full potential and encouraging them to live up to it.

As a mentor at Bresee, you will have the opportunity to mentor 3-5 middle school students to mentor weekly. You will lead discussions (using a provided lesson plan) about parents, grades, peer pressure, etc. This is a great opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships and drastically impact the lives of a few kids.
