Front Desk Receptionist

Provide callers with a helpful attitude, ensuring that the National MS Society cares about their needs and concerns. Ensure that callers are transferred to the proper staff who can answer their questions. Thank fundraisers who call or visit the office for their fundraising efforts. Be helpful and friendly when people living with MS inquire about the chapter or a program. Learn other duites associated with the front desk: assist gift acknowledgments, assist with mail daily procedues and provide administrative assistancd within the entire Chapter as deemed necessary.
