The Bridge Project is a community outreach initiative of the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work. Our mission is to provide educational opportunities for children living in Denver's public housing neighborhoods so they graduate from high school and attend college or learn a trade.
During our afterschool program, kids have a chance to work one on one with a volunteer tutor from the community. We have so many students this year and are in need of more volunteers. We need your help!
As a Bridge Tutor, you can give hope to a deserving child growing up in Denver's public housing neighborhoods.
LocationsWe have program sites located in four public housing neighborhoods in Denver. Volunteers are assigned to a location that is most convenient for them or where there is the highest need for tutors.
