STW™ is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct water research to identify and remove harmful contaminants in water; and to raise public awareness about water contamination and its health impacts. STW also offers educational programs to excite young minds about water science.
Our volunteers are diverse professionals from all over the world bringing their knowledge and experience to STW because we care deeply about our communities and water resources. This opportunity is excellent for individuals looking to grow their creative portfolio and have an interest in education and environmental causes, this opportunity also exist for those interested in taking on a longer, ongoing role.Save the Water™ (STW™) is seeking for Marketing Associate: Partnerships who supports the business partnership team with investigating, conducting and communicating strategic agreements with outside organisations in support of STW's mission.
Associates are expected to put in a minimum of 5 hours per week and be responsive to emails within three (3) calendar days.
Business research and communication to identify potential business partners.
Conduct ongoing communication with partners to develop deeper working relationships.
Maintain proper communication standards with integrated internal teams to promote organisational objectives.
Attend monthly Marketing group meeting and monthly design meeting. May also be required to attend other team meetings, as requested
Report to Project Leader for the given project team
Complete the PWR at least on the weekly minimum basis
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
